jl2
Do people have a preference for Koni strut/shocks vs. Bilstein for a 2003 S80? Also, if Bilstein, Sport or HD? If forced to choose, I prefer crisper handling to softer ride. Thanks.
dragon17
I would probably go with Koni Yellows.

SkyWriter
i have the Bilstein HD's to start... but once you start... it's hard to stop by the way the rear springs are especially tough to change, and there are not many choices for end links at the moment. it'll definately stiffen the ride. the stock is mushy, like any stock suspension. oh and as long as you have them off, replace the strut mounts it you've got significant milage on the car. i swapped my struts and lost a mount a month later. jl2
My car has about 50k on it. I'm planning on acquiring the parts over the next couple of months and doing the work in June or July. I'm also going to change all the mounts and bushings I can, while I'm at it. Thanks to everyone for responding.
