Xc90 Aftermartet Options....if Any

Sure, stuff that bad boy in there!

Might have to slightly alter the cage to get it in securely, but there's no reason it shouldn't work.

EDIT: Sorry, the image i had for the Z1 was of a single DIN unit. It appears it is actually double DIN. In that case i am not so certain it will fit, maybe Bing has seen the Z1 or knows the XC90 well enough to make a better decision about the fitment of that unit.

You can do it. It won't be very simple, but it's certainly possible. You can either fill, cut, finish your existing radio pannel or build something that goes on the dash. Single DIN would be a lot easier.

EDIT: Sorry, the image i had for the Z1 was of a single DIN unit. It appears it is actually double DIN. In that case i am not so certain it will fit, maybe Bing has seen the Z1 or knows the XC90 well enough to make a better decision about the fitment of that unit.

AFAIK he can't get them yet. I may be shipping him some, though.

The Z1 is not out yet, but I really like the features as an aftermarket (NAV, mp3, bluetooth, etc.). Metra makes a kit for a single DIN but not double DIN.

I am more worried about all the optical connections in the XC90 and the difficulty in connections.
