rodrigo
I just browsed through Rich's write up on the S-belt, and after looking at the engine compartemnt outside, it look pretty tight in there, so wish me luck!Just wanted to know if there is anything anyone suggests, like special tool, etc, before I dig into it. I am thinking it would be a good idea to replace the tensioner as well...any thoughts?R

the underlørd
...yes, master...but should I do the tensioner as well??UL sez, if you can afford it, yes. and the Water pump too. basically as long as you're gettin in there, ya might as well change some things. OR.... you can just do the tbelt, and then do the rest later.

BeachRat
How does one manipulate the tensioner without the nifty Volvo adapter? Does a 1" drive adapter work?I just used the Volvo tool, but you have to have da mad hook-ups for that shizzizzle!
