Looks good to me?....Then I saw this pic on the forumsI wonder if the the Gaffrig is just a rebadged Autometer? Any how it should be here in a few days, I hope what I get is worth a damn. Only time will tell.....Opinions???

ViperVette
I too have never heard of them... however, it dose not look like a re-badeged autometer to me, the bezel is different and so are all of the hash marks... the two LEDs? in the middle look similar though. My guess is its some small brand trying to look like the AutoMeters without breaking any laws...
CRK
I think most here will not have heard of them Gaffrig makes meters for boats. What made me think they could be the same is the two black dots (covers for screw heads) the needle, made in the usa stamp, and general looks. Bezel and hash marks/face plate design are easy to change at the factory. The general feel the gauge has in looks made me wonder if they are the same. Guess the best bet would be to call them and ask... *EDIT* on the phone with them now.

CRK
Ahw sh*t!!!!!!!!! Called Gaffrig, sent a email with the pic of the gauge. I was told it's a knock off. SON OF A B*TCH!!! Logo gave it away to the guy I spoke with. But I did find out that Gaffrig does make there own gauges and does not out source or rebage.Actually I am not that pissed I only paid 17.50 with shipping. If it works I will be happy. I am however going to email the guy that sold it to me.Say-law-vee

And it wil SHINE!by the way...i'm not to satisfied with the look, it looks like a boost gauge for something in the kitchen, especially with that bezel.
