I cant just put this anti seize over the rust and they will not seize up again...shouldn't I remove the rust or buy new ones then apply the anti seize? Gracias.Customs stuff. If you ship across countries you will have to pay a Customs Broker to waive the fees. Otherwise you have to pay brokerage fees to get your stuff through customs.
