PorBleemo
The S60R manifold is a direct fit unless you have a '94 or '95 with EGR. Then you have to either bore and tap a hole, or defeat the EGR. Which is relatively easy (If I recall Correctly) by using an ECU from a newer model.
prasamin
what's nice about an ebc is that you can set the gain really slow, so it'll build the boost slowly, not spike to 17 instantaneaously like the 15g's CAN do at low rpm. don't have it hit the max psi you want to run till up higher, where there is less chance of bending rods.you speak the truth. EBC's are dopalicious.
JCviggen
This is a nice image that shows that that dyno REALLY isnt showing wheel power, but flywheel power. No way anyone is going to make near 270 wheel with 10 psi out of a cracked 15G. In fact 270 engine is a pretty good score given the handicapped turbo. My straight 15G held 13 psi @ 6000rpm on a superflow dyno, 233 whp 275 engine hp. On a dynojet it would've been 250-255 whp.
