8G5L0T
Last night was the first time in a couple months were i was trying to find a race. I was absolutely desperate to find anybody that i could race. I pull on to one of the state roads and find a honda prelude lurking around the corner, about to turn into the right lane. He pulls up right next to me and i see he has exhaust some rims with gauges, what you would expect from a Honda. I put the pedal about 3/4ths of the way down trying to get his attention, which I did. Seconds after doing this he floors it and we are off. I beat him pretty badly but that was due to my headstart. I slow down at the red light. He is still next to me and we give eachother a few glances. The light turns green and we both go at it. Going into first he is about 1/2 car length ahead of me and i pull ahead of him at around 30 mph we go up to 70 and slow down. I was feeling pretty good about myself.Seconds after i slowed down to 45 the speed limit i notice that he has fallen back alot further than me. He is still in the right lane but he switches over to my lane and gets on my tail. All of the sudden i see blue lights on the dash and in the lights. At the time i was thinking to myself, "there is no way in hell that i just raced a cop, what are my parents going to say about this?" His lights continue i really pissed my pants. In florida where i live they take street racing really seriously. My hands are in my head in disbelief with all the adreniline kicking in. While im slowing down he just pulls out to the right lane and speeds off. All i have to say is this guy is need to get a life. It just isnt right to go around and do that. I should have followed him and gotten his plates.

Zappo
If he was a cop, he would never have let you go.
HtownTurboBrick
if he was a cop it would of been blue n red. cops don't flash single colors anymore. and even if they did it would be red. security guards get to flash blues n yellows. red is off limits to emergency vehicles only. u should of reported his jerk for impersonating a police officer. I've lived in new york, hudson valley area, and there the cops are red and white In maryland, where I'm originally from, they're blue and red In north carolina, where I go to school, they're blue and yellow. there is no standard. C70drvr
Impersonating a police vehicle is much worse than street racing.
550
Yes, his ass would have been arrested!Either way though street racing is illegal too. So before you look to settle any grudges... remember "The pot calling the kettle black"
fromtheshadows
Yeah you shouldve got his plate, police impersonation is a serious crime, and if his vehicle was involved theyll impound it too (who has proof you were street racing?;)
