trance42 Posted May 16, 2006 Report Share Posted May 16, 2006 It is worth it to buy new shifter cables. my used cables broke and i had to replace them today. If you go used make sure the plastic tube that helps guide the metal line through the plastic outside of the cable isn't broken. it is on the side of the cables that joins with the shifter.
