Asinine Posted May 24, 2006 Author Report Share Posted May 24, 2006 what do you do about the trunk release, it looks like it blocks the popout and as soon as yo install the grille you can get the trunk open.Both times i've used these grilles, i just remove the safety latch, so when you pull in the car, the hood is totally released from the body - meaning - don't pull when driving, and check regularly that both locks are engaged.
