Turbo Upgrades

You are going to need a new downpipe as well if you are going to a flat flange turbo such as the 16T, 18T and 19T ;)

My plan would be to just mod mock up one of my 3" Ferritas to fit the new turbo flange. I have 2 of the 3" down pipe's. One just had a leak at the flex joint that needs to be fixed.

So are there any issues since I have a Motronic 4.x control system? Is a remap the only thing needed or is there more required like a BCS, EBC or MBC?

Is it best to have a wide band O2 or can I tuen using the stock O2 sensor? I have a race cat so I plan to run using front & rear O2 sensors.

Personally i would just get rid of that volvo/mitsu garrett turbo which is crap, and I would buy a Turbonetics TC-10977 produces a max hp of 900 (with engine of course ) approx price $1200.00

get rid of that factory Intercooler , and buy an alluminum intercooler.

also chipping is necesarry according to needs.

ugraded ecu (perhaps stage 3 ) i think goes around $1000.00 not so sure

so with around 3k you can have a killer car at least in straights , in corners well :( let's just not get into that for the moment lol.
