8501995
Hi,I have been experiencing a very annoying problem lately. It usually happens when I am parked in a slope, rear end higher than front end. When I turn the ignition key, the engine starts up, but dies quickly as if no gas was getting to the engine.I then have to start it up again and immediately press on the gas pedal and make it rev up. I have to keep giving it some gas until I am driving steadily. It really becomes difficult to do when you have to go backwards and forwards in a tight parking spot!So what could be the problem? I am thinking fuel pump? But I'd like to have your thoughts before going ahead and doing any unnecessary work.Thank you!
K33
This could be the IAC (Idle Air Controller). Try removing and cleaning it.
Seamus
MAF!! Is the lambda light on? If not you could have a presure regulator problem (To much pressure).
