I'm getting a 96 850 GLT for free with 137-138k miles on it and I'm thinking if I sell that plus the C70 then I could buy an V70R which would qualify my "more space" needs. I also could keep the c70 and then just sell the 850 GLT for some cash (2000-2500?) and look for 850/s70 for a second car. Only thing is then I'll have two cars and well I feel that one will get neglected or it will be a waste of money just to have two cars. Volvo Virgin Posted June 24, 2006 Report Share Posted June 24, 2006 If your C has a charcoal interior def give me a PM if you decide to sell it.I'm feeling your pain here tho.The only reason I don't have a C70 right now is the lack of space.My other 2 cars are a standard cab pickup and a Corvette,so my S comes in handy when I have the need for more than 2 doors.With that said tho,a nice C owned by a fellow VS member that needs a good home would prolly be motivation enough to buy one.Plus I have a soft spot for 426 and charcoal.Good luck with whatever you do. What's the big dilemma?This is what I plan to do for the time being and just try to pay off the C70. Although it's not the easiest thing owning two cars in the Boston area because of parking. My living situation now lets me do it without a problem but I'll be moving probably in the next couple of months or so and then will need to look for a place that has 2 parking spots but I think I can deal.Plus I think a second car will help take the load off my C70, I already put almost 20k (all highway of course) on it in the one year I've owned it.Rob - it does have Charcoal interior, I wouldn't have it any other way.
