Zaitz
Here is my tint that I just got finished today (2 were already tinted - thanks ProjectT5-R). The guy said its a limo tint but I don't think so. On limos I thought you cant see in at all and on mine you can, not much but you still can. Black interior doesnt help either.Oh, and how about my new license plate frame:
K33
Looks great. Nice license plate. The light the is coming through the windshield is illuminating the interior. That's probably why you can see in a little. You should barely be able to see in. On an actual limo, when the partitian is raised behind the driver, the only light coming in is through the tinted glass.
Zaitz
Either way I'll probably end up getting a ticket sometime. Legal limit is 50% here in MN.
NGB
Ok, Limo tint generally comes in 5% and 2.5%. Gregg has 5% all around and it's pretty Darn tough to see inside. 2.5% you might as well paint the glass with some spray paint. My guess is that you either have 5% or the salesperson was just calling it "limo" tint. If you had a pic from outside looking through the front window towards the windshield i could probably tell what % it actually is.

From the inside out, it looks about the same as 35.
K33
Yep, the raised dots do that. You can take a hard squeegee around the edges and it helps. There is a special adhesive that can be used for the dots; usually used on cars with large sections of dots like the second gen Acura Integra's.does anybody elses tint appear white around the perimeter of the window(mainly rear triangles and rear window) because of the little bumps? mine does and so do does a friend, thats unavoidable usually right? rodrigo
if you do, go 35%, but i wouldn't do it on a car that color...i think it would make it all too dark.0.
