Would you say I compromised the integrity of the throttle body hose with my installation process? Will you guarantee my hoses? If not will you replace my throttle body hose with a new one if I return the old one?I ask because I am curious as to what your opinion is. I am still happy with the hoses construction/looks and cost. But fitment is/was an issue that I was aware of in some degree. I did not realize the level of difficulty, just that others had express fitment issues with silicone hoses even those of the competitor. As I said before this post is not a slam or flame against you or your product. They are on my car look great and perform well, fitment was just a oh yeah! and I thought others would get a kick out the thread title.Thanks for posting in the thread Sig! I heated up the hose with the heat gun, applied a good amount of astroglide and worked the large end of the bat into the opening on the hose. Once the bat was in the hose, I again used the heat gun to heat up the silicone hose and some of the bat. I let cool off for about 10 min. then I heated up the outside of the hose and the bat again... The integrity of the hoses should not be compromised and yes we will guarantee them.
