MBT
Hey.I'll be taking off the top part of my dash in a couple of days. What I need to know is if it is OK to drive without it. Specifically the passenger air bad. I'm sure the SRS system will freak out, but I need to know if after I connect the airbag back (a few days later) will the SRS warning go away? Or will I always be stuck with the SRS light or have to go to the dealer to reset (possibly for $$$)?Before you ask: NO, I DO NOT INTEND TO HAVE ANYONE IN THE FRONT PASSENGER SEAT DURING THAT TIME!!! smokin' T5M
Not a problem. I just finished rebuilding my whole dash and drove around with no top pad for about 2 months. All that happens is the SRS light will be on, since the pass airbag won't be connected
