red c70
I've been having an issue with my c70 just about every morning. When I start it ONLY in the morning it idles REALLY rough. I usually turn it off and restart and it's fine. Any suggestions?

connorb850
no CEL?Yeah I'm wondering that too. It seems like maybe one of your ignition coil packs is going bad.
Seamus
Sounds to me like a head gasket problem..
red c70
No CEL light is on but the service light is on and that's just for oil changes right? It's not losing coolant and i pray to GOD that it isn't a head gasket...if so I'll sell the Darn thing.
MarcS
You may already know to check the dipstick and see if there is any water (coolant actually) in the oil. It's an easy thing to check.Good luck

Exclucid
Its the ignition coil packs, I was having the same problem on my volvo s70 .... I gapped the plugs smaller to .028 instead of .03 for turbo and it hasn't done it since. I'm gona get some new coil packs and then regap. I have new NGK R plugs... I tried several sets of plugs... just close the gapping a little on each one, it will work.
