Owned
We are doing some playing around with mirrors to test out a new idea Chris had and put one of the test pieces in a Grand Am. If you've ever stood directly in between two mirrors facing eachother, that's the effect we're creating here, only one sided. The look is as if the decal is projected infinitely through the vehicle. Now that we've pretty much got this figured out, it's time to plan on how to do the same thing over in the doors of my 854. I'm thinking crossovers inside the mirror box. Anyone have any thoughts as far as something different to use?
b3atboxjr
sweet! i'd say use some neon lighting or something tho, rather than a bulb, and hide the neon tubes of course, just make it so you can only see their glow, ya know?(the way all neons SHOULD be used). Put clearbacked volvospeed stickers inside! lol. dunno really what to put in the box tho.
Owned
LEDs work better for lighting in this project. Next time I would just cover the LED so the source isn't so obvious.I think I'm just going to get some airbrush work on my crossovers. I really can't think of anything better to use.
