tallahasseegreys
Before I order both gears from odometergears.com (I've heard it's best to just go ahead an replace both), I want to make sure that this is definitely the problem. Is there a fuse or any other thing I should check before assuming it's the typical broken gear syndrome?? connorb850
Its usually the gear that has a broken tooth, but I have also seen the electric motor that drives the odometer gear go bad too.
prasamin
hard to tell....check the instro cluster fuse under the hood, and if it's good, most likely it's the gears.
alonsoc750
my odometer has stopped too, but the thing is that it is in kilometers, and i don't know if i can order the two tooths and fix it because maybe the difference with the odometer in miles is the number of tooth in the gear, how can i know?? the stealer wants $250 for the new odometer with part n# 9434098 ... they don't have it in stock so i've been searching but nothing
