the underlørd
should i ditch the changer and just use my deck?get a deck that has an AUX-IN, and plays MP3 CD's.
94'850T
I was actually suprised doesnt skip at all...Plus the deck has a aux-in so just plug the factory cd connector into the back of the deck...The one I installed has that and mp3 putting 170+ songs on one disc helps...Some of the JVC decks have usb inputs on the front but i dont like the idea of having a jump drive hanging out. Mine also has mini-sd memory slots. But if it does start to skip just use ur decks cd player.

94'850T
how much did that cost you?and what amp and subs are u using? The deck was $210, all the speakers came up to about 200, the amp and subs were most expensive. Im using a boss 750watt amp with two 12' pioneer impp subs. Defitnetly a head banger...Im actually thinking about going down to one 12' kicker l7, then i'll basically have all my trunk room back. Need that room back, moving stuff back to college lolHeres the l7 in the new smaller ported box
TM850R
Yea college is a killer. With a 1200 mile trip from RI to Florida, I would have to use the spare tire well in my car. Theres no way I could live without the space in my trunk.

94'850T
What size are those sony rears? Did you have to cut the door panel?GaryThe rear speakers are 5 1/2....And i didnt have to cut anything, I did have to drill 2 new holes, but its just plastic so that wasnt a problem. Took the volvo plugs off then converted them to male, female connectors. Then just hooked up the speaker screwed it in and put the speaker cover that came with the speakers on. The volvo stock cover wouldnt fit with both on. But the front speakers I put he stock cover on and you can see the speakers if the sun hits it right.
