///RonalT5
Hey there fellas! So, we were chatting it up in the racing threads about my 2005 S60 T5. I learned from a very knowledgable friend that my T5 has a P2 R turbo charger in it. This wonderful person suggested that I change out the injectors of my T5 to that of the P2 Rs and it would give me a huge boost in hp off the bat, and huge potential for when I install a RICA chip or PPC unit. Anyone know where to get it and what the hp gain would be? Also, I know that auto trannys can't hold down that much hp, but it is it seriously possible to crank out close to 350hp? Last Q, does anyone know the diference between Euro spec T5s and US spec T5s? Below is the thread I was talking about.Racing ThreadThanks again!!! ~Mike

Che'_Moderator
If this is not a joke, the tranny will hold more than your engine will. So you are good in that aspect. What are your goals for the car? Injectors are needed at a certain point but you are a long way from there. What you need to ask yourself before you do anything is, "Do I need a warranty?" If you do do not modify this car. Wait a few years until it comes off. If you do not care, start with items like a bigger ATF cooler, bigger exhaust, and a drop in filter. Then look at your goals again. If you want big numbers 320+hp start thinking about some pretty major work. If you just want a little more pep a chip may take care of what you want. And when do I add injectors?~MikeIMHO your innjecotrs will last way longer than your warranty. From a power stand point your going to be limited to a catback and a drop in air filter. Anything else and your gonna meet the dark side of Volvo. That reminds me. I need to run the S60 by Volvo. I think my power windows are broken

Brickster151
To have any use of bigger injectors, they need1. a purpose2. a remap/upgraded ECU#1 means you need to do other stuff [upped boost via #2] that might push the limits of your current injectors#2 will mess up your warrenty possibly. And don't poking ever try to bypass the word filter. Then BAM Volvo back doors you, it hurts to sit and the next time your alternator fails... and it will, it costs you 3 billlllion dollars.
