Confused On Mbc Install Plz Help Again..

-i checked out the diagram somone posted and i guess maybe ive screwed things up. on my car.... there was a hose running from the intake manifold to the turbo.

-from my bcs ... the top port went to the turbo, the middle port went to the plastic intake tube, and the lower port went to the turbo.

this is what ive done.. 1.i capped off my middle hose from the plastic intake,

2. the hose running from the turbo ( that ran from the turbo to the intake manifold ) i removed and ran it to my MBC and capped the intake manifold 3. then i ran the hose from the actuator to my MBC.

so heres my question... i still have a hose connected at my lower port of my bcs that goes to the turbo. per the diagram and what ive read i shouldnt have any hoses coming from my bcs at all correct ??

is this where i messed up... the hose from my intake manifold should have stayed connected that ran from the manifold to the turbo? the third port hose i have still connected to my bcs should have been the one that hooked to my MBC ??? sorry for the long post... im having problems with my MBC not wanting to let me up the boost over 8 or 10 psi.... any help would truly be appreciated

i did it defferently...i took the hose from the compressor housing ran it to the MBC, then i went from there to the actuatior. did away with everything else...and if my car is right the hose from the manifold should go to the CBV not the wastegate.

ok.... so on the diagram above... here is how i did mine... i did mine per the diagram in the link in my first post above. #19 hose i ran to my MBC and #20 hose i ran to my MBC. what i dont understand is... per the diagram on my car the lowest hose at the turbo hose # 17 per the diagram is connected at the top port of the bcs on my car though... it is connected to the lowest port of my bcs and is still connected.

sooooo... the way it should be is...i should have a hose running from my intake manifold to where the #22 ( red ) is.

then.... i should run the #17 & #19 hose to my MBC and the middle short hose that ran from my bcs to the plastic intake tube it should be capped off at the intake tube.

when done i shouldnt have any hoses hooked up at my bcs...

mike whats the cbv ???

green hose to MBC

yellow hose to MBC

disconnect blue hose to intake piping, and block it (aka, cap it)

to clarify

the BLUE hose is to be REMOVED COMLPETELY from the MAF tubing place on the AIRBOX (i thought it was from the "intake manifold" as I saw the word "intake" but this is NOT the case)

ok... i think i have it hooked up correctly now.. but... im still not boosting over 10psi with the MBC turned all the way. Its a cheapy off ebay, do you guys think that may be my problem ?

i ran a new vac hose from my intake manifold to the gauge and no change... so i know its not a vac leak in my factory hose i tapped off of for my gauge. its an actual boost problem....
