MadeInJapan
Thanks. What are the major difference between the 850 and the S70 (I've got a 98 S70).Little stuff...mostly the outer shell...as far as the guts..engine, tranny, etc., it's the same as '9 and '97 850's. MadeInJapan
yesscroll down ... post #2, post #3 ... post #11!Only goes to 8 posts...there is no 11 posts in the link you gave me. Of course there are tons of vendors, but they don't count for what we're looking for. Are my display options for this site set up wrong so I don't see them? MadeInJapan
Everyone, I just found out that if you have "options" set to "Outline view" you can't see all of the posts that are available. That's why I wasn't seeing the post for this thread in the "internet links for volvo owners" section. Very strange behavior. Personally I like Outline view because you don't have to scroll through every page to see who made comments.

Hellas850 T-5
Somehow I stumbled upon this. It is in RAR format (a type of zipping a group of folders, files, etc. to make them into one file for easier download). If you have WinZip or WinRar, it will work. When I downloaded it, It told me that the "headers" are corrupt, but I ignored it and unzipped (unrarred??) it anyway, and it's all there. Some very pertinent diagrams, info- straight from volvo it seems. Rivals (maybe even better than) the Haynes manual. Here's the link. Click to download. Once it's on your computer, then you'll have to un-Rar it. Good luck!http://www.mammes.com/volvo/850servicemanual.rarI downloade it but how will it work, can someone explain me with simple steps?because I don't know to many things for the programs.thanks

Keaton85
Bandwidth Limit Exceeded anyone have it ill host itThats why Torrents were invented, if everyone used them there would never be a bandwidth shortage. Anyway here is the torrent address http://www.demonoid.com/files/details/457588/?rel=1157934388If you have not used demonoid.com before you will have to sign up(PM for a invite) then download the programs Azureus in order to download the files. If you need help just PM me!

MadeInJapan
Zipped format of the Manual is now located here: http://www.matthewsvolvosite.com/downloads/Volvo_850.zipHope this helps those who can't deal with the RAR format or were having trouble accessing the download page, as apparently it's gone off line for awhile anyway.
