For Trade: Oem Bagdless Xc Grille

This started out as a regular 1998-2000 Cross Country (XC) grille, and I made it badgeless. The small squared mesh behind the main slats has been removed, the cover for the hood-latch rod has been removed (you can just remove the entire rod assembly, and reach in with your finger to open the hood once the under-dash lever is popped). The entire grille is flush and the recesses where the badge and slash go on have been raised to meet the contour of the grille. All badge and slash mounting points have been deleted for a complete badgeless look.

Painted with 6 ( :D ) coats of plasti-dip, the surround has been left chrome.

It fits on as OEM (since it IS OEM), clips are included...completely plug-and-play.

This grille fits only on 1998, 1999, 2000 S/V/C-70's (not 850's, S60's, XC70's, etc)

looking to trade for an OEM XC grille in good condition with a badge and slash in good condition

Some pictures. The grille being traded is on the white wagon (52-70-FC)

I totally need a grille for the C70. But I dont have one to trade you. Also, I could use your hood too if its available.

Rod what are you getting instead? Just stock for now? We should have tried my grille in your car. I can't believe how low my car looks. This was about 2 hours before I blew my tire out :( Now my car is monster truckin' on 45s.

It was good to see you Rod - the car looked awesome as usual. Plan a trip out west soon!

for not being washed in two weeks, it wasn't bad, was it

I should note that this grille looks really good. Rod took a lot of time and car to make the grille flush where the slash was. Looks like it was made in the factory that way.

thanks John!
