Owned
I just realized that said single 12" AND enclosure....I just need an enclosure...any way to do that?If I call them and say we have a broken enclosure with a good sub, and provided they don't want the broken one back, which is a possibility, we might be able to go that route. Failing that, I can just build you a box for a 12" sub. All I need are the type of box, the driver specs for that box type, and the finish. All I need are the type of box, the driver specs for that box type, and the finish. It's a Coustic CF1244.Specs:# 400 Watts RMS/800 Watts Peak Music Power# Dual 4 Ohm Voice Coils# Black Carbon Fiber Cone# Black Santoprene Surround with Yellow Stitching# Die Cast Aluminum Basket with Magnet Boot# Polished Chrome finished plates# 3" 4 layer dual voice coil# Extended, Vented Pole Piece# 75 Oz. Strontium Ferrite MagnetI've got it being run by an Alpine MRD-M301 which is 350wx1 at 2 ohms with a 1/2 farad capacitor. Dunno what box would be best, but it certainly isn't the one it's in now. I will try to find them on my own, but usually, this information can be found in either the owner's manual or the Coustic web site. I'm mostly interested in the internal volume, port sizes and wall dimensions are secondary.I'm just curious, where did you get the box you have now?
