It looks like a 122 but seems to be different. The following is a 122 (I THINK):Not that there are no hood parting lines in the first one, and the first car has a much lower profile, almost as if the roof is chopped. I thought maybe that Volvo came out with one like that (granted not as modded as the one pictured). Looks like there's a LOT of aftermarket bodywork involved.
