I know that particular pulley is 15% smaller and naturally weighs less.My question is do you still gain HP if you mantain the pulley size and just make it lighter (T6 6061 AL). Is it even worth it? jross Posted July 6, 2004 Report Share Posted July 6, 2004 Gain is minimal either way you cut it, and there's ongoing arguments re: the existence of a harmonic dampener assembly in the pulley.
