Owned
Looks like you have S video out so I would assume you would only need composite to VGA adaptor for a screen. That, or run a USB VGA card. Easy enough.I expect that you'll want to hide that portion of the computer away and have USB input devices, which are also easy to come by. You could use one of those roll-up keyboards so it's simple to tuck away when not in use. Cheap, Ebay hand-held track balls are about $10-$15 shipped. Most inportantly, you'll need to handle the powering of your computer. You could use an inverter or what's known as a DC to DC adaptor. In either case, you'll also want to add a shutdown controller. I would say that an inverter is going to be the simplest route. Also, just a note, if you're attempting to do this on a budget, I would stay away from touch screens. The low priced VGA touch screens are easily washed out by the sun and they're really not all they're cracked up to be, IMO. A non touch screen TFT will have better quality for less price. From what I've seen, the transflective touch screens start at $650 for a 7 inch.

Owned
You should go to Dell's site and type in the serial number to get a full list of specs on it. That would likely help your sale.
