DrewB Posted September 23, 2006 Report Share Posted September 23, 2006 Since my CR-915 quit in my 1995 940 wagon I went to the boneyard and got the previous model, a CR-814 (my local Volvo dealer was kind enough to provide the code). As always Volvo has conspired against me. The CR-915 has no external amp. The CR-814 requires one. So I am off to the boneyard to get an amp. He has many to choose from; Old 740's, 940's. 960, 850's, C40's, etc.Does anyone know the spec's on the various amps? I am powering aftermarket 4 ohm poly 2-way door speakers and would like to get the best sound from them with a factory amp. Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
