Hi Alex,

Sorry to hear about the car - but I'm glad to see you are OK with no serious injuries. A car can always be replaced.....

Taking a stroll down memory lane, it was fun cruising Rt 3 with you last year - your V70 was a beauty. Good times :)

I know good times! I'm looking at a V70R tomorrow in NY, so maybe you'll see it before I go.

I PMed him about interest in the bumper and hood, and also to offer parts storage in my garage if needed. Unfortunately, I don't have space for the whole car.

yeah, he's just waiting on the buy-back price, and I have a place for the entire car so we can part it out....I'll let you know when we have it or if we have it, and you can come by and talk to Alex about whatever you need.

I think this goes without saying, but that right there is why we drive Volvo's folks. I will never drive an SUV as long as I live, because had you not been in your safe V70, you would have likely been killed by such an impact from one. I think they're just unsafe. I'm really sorry to see that happen to your car...it got whalloped. I'd recommend a T5M (I'd prefer the manual over auto in a V70, and also, the AWD from the R doesn't do anything for me - just more headaches).

Good luck finding something new, glad you're OK..

Stephen

Sounds good Pras, keep me posted. Also, let me know if there is anything I can help with.
