Anthrpicdecadnce
i found that my slave cylinder has sprung a leak, so i have to replace the part. i have gotten as far as removing the circlip and the fluid line, so all we have to do is remove it, however...it's in there good. i'm just asking some advice on some methods of actually removing this stuborn part so i can actually go ahead and install the new one. the help would be greatly appreciated because this part just won't come out all the way. AJU
Huh, funny. Removing the circlip was the most difficult part for me. How about reconnecting the fluid line and stepping on the pedal? Might be a bit of a PITA to get the system bled just to disconnect, but the pressure most certainly should break it loose.
Seamus
I recall one has to unbolt the brake booster from the firewall (four 13mm head nuts) to be able to move it forward to clear the path for the clutch cyl.?
