I'm in good shape but you ride more often than I do. And sounds good man, much appreciated.

flyfishing3
It will interesting to see what kind of numbers your putting down. I have a cycleops powertap wheel. I took it off for the weight savings lol.
BurgerBob
I'm expecting my threshold to hover around 4-500 watts. What kind of numbers were you putting down? I'm sure it's no small amount!

flyfishing3
i know most rides are in the 200-250watts avg depending on hills. i know the max i've hit that i've noticed is 800watts. it was climbing a hill and dragging an unnoticed brake HAHA. i thought i was going to die. sprinting i've never really looked.

Dick Dastardly
Power tap.. Watts...heart rate... just ride full fucking tilt until you have tunnel vision.. Stop, have a beer, then back to tunnel vision for the rest of the day. Do it every day for 8 years and you'll be in the best shape of your life.
matt b
I gave up all measures of data, with only the Strava app to keep up with distances and routes. I actually ride better without all that stuff. But any modern day coach will require some sort of power measure to tailor your training to your goals.
