Yeah, clydesdales are known to put down amazing power.

i know most rides are in the 200-250watts avg depending on hills.

 

i know the max i've hit that i've noticed is 800watts.  it was climbing a hill and dragging an unnoticed brake HAHA. i thought i was going to die.

 

sprinting i've never really looked.

I gave up all measures of data, with only the Strava app to keep up with distances and routes. I actually ride better without all that stuff. But any modern day coach will require some sort of power measure to tailor your training to your goals.
