Guy who I went against 2 times (sorry, I suck with names ) - 850 Manual, ran low 16's, I ran mid 16s (My O2 is messed up again, and this was my first time @ a track). Tony (I think) in his 850R ran low 16s then mid 15's, and that was the best we saw. A couple 240s from Tbricks, and a S60R AWD we could not find the owner of / did not see race. May not have been the most thrilling racing ever, but it was a good time. We just got back from steak n' shake a few minutes ago, and I'm about to head back out. TM850R Posted December 2, 2006 Author Report Share Posted December 2, 2006 Lets just say it wasnt the best night for the track. Started out the night with a 16 flat. Worked my way to get a 15.5 by the last run. Good to see some people could make it out to the track and Im looking forward to seeing more people tomorrow. Ill be leaving a little early but I will be there for about 5 hours or so.Also we are going to try and get the BBQ going around 12-1. Try to be there early so we can get a rough count for food. I was expecting to drive shitty, but the car to perform better. I seemed to get a lot of front wheel spin... if anybody saw me run and can verify. I've been suspicious of my haldex sucking, but the service tech blew me off. My brother was in the white T5 wagon. He ran 15.1's @ 91mph. I was only trapping 96.5mph.It's lame making excuses, so I'm just gonna say I'm gonna work on the car and hopefully the next time it should perform like it should...I ran into a white S70 T5 on my way home... nice guy, whoever it was. I was making better passes as the night went on.It was fun to get out there again no matter what the times were. I know what my car can run and what it has run so overall its nothing that important to me. Hopefully next time I go I will have the 16t in with a RICA tune. It's my beater/daily driver and I got hit from behind and pushed into an SUV. The SUV's bumper was so high it took out my grill and hood. I have another hood in the garage, I just haven't gotten around to painting it yet.We were out walking around watching other people run.
