Factory REAR O2 sensors will normally run in the 0.5v - 0.7v range

Slightly lean due to the cat convertors usage of the left over oxygen to catalyse polutants.

I have yet to see a rear O2 sensor that was not narrow band.

O2 spacers work great for Volvo's without cats, however spacing is critical.

GpMoto sells a nice unit that I have used a number of times with good success.

Any thoughts.....

Was this used successfully on a motronic 4.3/4.4 car? Do you work with IPD?

Are you talking about the GPMoto O2 Boss? Part # 11151

CEL Boss: celboss.jpg

PN 11151

Fix annoying check engine lights with this mechanical fix. This boss removes the o2 from the flow of exhaust so that the sensor runs cooler with an aftermarket exhaust. Aluminum construction for lightwieght. Near universal fit for most modern cars.

Yes Both motronic 4.4 and 4.3

Yes, I work for Ipd.

Yes, I am talking about that part.

It's not the end all answer to cat delete, but it has worked for me.

The other way to go for the super cheap is remove the rear O2 entirely and setup a voltage divider with a potentiometer so that

the voltage that normally heats the O2 is tapped and feedback at 0.6-0.7 volts on the signal line.

Its' the 60 cent fix!! Although this method is also not perfect.

The best thing (perfect world) is to buy a high flow cat as mentioned previously, or remove the code in the ECU that polls the rear O2 voltage line.

Thanks. :) Regarding the voltage divider, I am very inept when it comes to that, is this something that you currently have for sale?

The voltage divider is nothing we currently sell since it is illegal to modify an emissions device, of course I was simply using that for educational purposes myself ;)
