gdizzle
k, i run 20 psi, and have a 3" DP, no cat, and my car doens't ignite on a backfire. a test pipe and a 3" DP aren't the same thing...Mine does! It's due to a rich condition though. :)
Ipd
$0.02Factory REAR O2 sensors will normally run in the 0.5v - 0.7v range Slightly lean due to the cat convertors usage of the left over oxygen to catalyse polutants.I have yet to see a rear O2 sensor that was not narrow band.O2 spacers work great for Volvo's without cats, however spacing is critical.GpMoto sells a nice unit that I have used a number of times with good success.Any thoughts.....-Lucky

Do you work with IPD?Are you talking about the GPMoto O2 Boss? Part # 11151 CEL Boss: PN 11151 Fix annoying check engine lights with this mechanical fix. This boss removes the o2 from the flow of exhaust so that the sensor runs cooler with an aftermarket exhaust. Aluminum construction for lightwieght. Near universal fit for most modern cars. ? JHEIII874T5M
Thanks Greg for confirming. Curious to see if it has worked on Motronic 4.3/4.4 cars. :)

Although this method is also not perfect. The best thing (perfect world) is to buy a high flow cat as mentioned previously, or remove the code in the ECU that polls the rear O2 voltage line.-Lucky
JHEIII874T5M
Thanks. Regarding the voltage divider, I am very inept when it comes to that, is this something that you currently have for sale?
