rodrigo
Yeah, I'm working on it too.Any intstuctions or tips for us Rod? Looking good man.follow the instructions in Jeremy's write-up. what I did differently was use smaller bits, working up a close size, then used a handheld reamer to open the hole and test fit the grommet for each side. its needs to be a snug/tight fit to seal.also, i drilled the rear covers to seal off the rear of the housing in the location of the highbeam bulb to let the wiring pass though, and used a few grommets to seal off the wire pass through on that cover.also removed the glass lens, and used compressed air to blow off all the dust from drilling and reaming. Thanks again Jeremy!! Here is one...they are pretty bright. But this pic is far away and kind of small.I put them in my high beams...they are coming from the top, reflecting off the bottom of the reflector.I will try to remember to take some more tonight when it gets a bit darker. brick-a-brac
I'm curious about one thing, Rod: do you not have the empty space for bulb and socket in the low beam side? I have this in my original housing, as well as a spare pass. side housing I have for experimental purposes I'd actually like to get together with someone at VCP when I go over there to see how the city lights were set up from the factory.
