Owned
A little PS play here to convey what I'm thinking... yes - know it is the same set of gauges! I have different angled panels coming in along with Oil pressure / Fuel Pressure and Voltmeter gauges this week (?).Now - once you remove the ashtray and start cutting - there is nothing in there to hold the HU. I'm thinking of using the previously mentioned enclosure and get that mounted securely into the dash. Then it is just a matter of sliding the HU in. Plus the black plastic frame of the holder will hide the ugly metal casing of the HU.Thoughts?Scott C.The ash tray is held in by two Torx, so there's nothing to cut. Other than that, if you like it, go for it. IMO, you should move one set on top of the vents. Or maybe move the heater controls, because that PS doesn't really look too good. Oh - and I was in a hurry with PS, I gotta cut a turkey!!!Scott C.

Sorry - had a bottle and half of Chardonay. Time to go finish the rest BTW - want to keep the interior somewhat stock looking. Pods on top of the vents looks a bit rice~ish (IMO). But I did think about it.Scott C.
