Every time I try to reply to a posting on VS, I get the Inernet Explorer needs to shutdown message. (XP) Anybody else experience this since the crash of VS? No other IE problems that I can tell though. PM's seem to work OK.

Wow, I can reply to my own now. I guess that's improvement! Now I can talk to myself for every one to see!

Now if I could just get Grant to get rid of the halfnaked man in his signature so I won't have to confront my own homo leanings I'll be OK!!!:lol::lol::lol:

Hopefully you know I'm just saying that tongue in cheek, Grantie Pooh. Anyone who has a problem with it has so much repressed homo desires it's no wonder their butthole puckers up at the thought. Me on the other hand, I would only think of doing one butthole with a pair of balls on the other side.....yours sweetie pie.

Now, about this IE thing....any hints?

Nope, seems like your posting jsut fine though

It's bizarre, I can only post in here and in Che Moderator's Memeber Review. All the other forums I've tried just shut me down. I never had this problem before. Oh well, not that big a deal to "send error report" to MSOFT.

LOL. My plan is working :P

Check your error log. Also is it during a normal reply or fast reply? I have only been validating in MSIE7........ god I hate MS. Let me know your build and everything and I will see if I can reproduce your error

I've never tried the fast reply, just "add reply" and "reply" to a specific post. I checked the error report and it's two miles long and has some garbage in each "module". 'm not a techie so I know this doesn't help. Can you tell me how to copy you the error report or retrieve any info you want to evaluate? I;'m running an HP ZE5170 laptop from about 2002 with XP home edition. IE 6.0

I assume for the build of MSIE its under help/about. Example. Mozilla looks like this: Mozilla/5.0 (X11; U; Linux i686 (x86_64); en-US; rv:1.8.1) Gecko/20061010 Firefox/2.0

Sorry that was not super clear but I do not use MSIE often and I am too lazy to boot a laptop

IE6.0.2600.0000xpclnt_qfe.010827-1803

Update Version Q313675

Does that look like what you're after?

I tried finding the temp file that they want to include with the error report but I haven't found it yet.

Weird thing that might help is I cannot reply to the hoodies for sale thread at all, but it seems like I can replay to a few more now than earlier.

Weirder still, I just tried again nd the fast reply did work but then the add reply still doesn't. I'm happy. Thanks.

Have a good weekend
