Are the 15mm Caliper Bracket bolts to be replaced whenever the bracket is removed? (ie: Rotor or Hub removal)The Repair articles state the bolt should be replaced when removing the hub but do not mention 15mm bolt replacement when the brake rotors are serviced. Haynes suggests replacing the bolts whenever removing the rotors.Is there a brake replacement kit with contains bolts, caps, and retaining springs?Thanks.
