I found myself in the same boat. turning the key to acc would give a flashing arrow, and the fuel pump would only prime for less than a second. I got codes for the PNP and TPS. replaced both. seemed to work for a bit, it would start, one day, but not the next. I ended up back at square one.after 4 hours of searching, my mechanic finally found the culprit: a faulty wire for ECU power. I guess it was barely holding on, causing intermitten starting and then not starting. so for those of you with a nagging no start issue, you might want to check your wiring.
