What To Look (out) For On A Used 2002 V70

I'm looking at a couple of 2002 V70s non turbo. I've had my 1994 850 wagon for 3 years and pretty much know about all the little things that go wrong with them and how to fix them.

What do I need to know about the 2002 V70s? It seems there's a bunch of issues with the electronic throttle control doohickey. What should I beware of? What, in particular, should I inspect/test when looking at these cars? When I have my mechanic look at it and raise it up in the air, what should he be looking for? Are there any year/model issues I need to be aware of? What maintenance issues are different from the 850?
