If you're putting a new muffler on, the exhaust shop should have a pipe spreader in case it's too small, but can't really stretch more than .5"That is, of course, if we're talking o.d. laird Posted December 5, 2006 Report Share Posted December 5, 2006 The tubing from the cat is 2.347" O.D. The tubing as it enters the muffler is 2.54" O.D.
