JPigg34
The box consists of 4 Alpine 5.25" Type-S's and a 12" Alpine Type-R sub. The sub is powered by a MRV-T500 amp and the 4 5.25" speakers are powered by a MRV-F400S amp. The box was custom made by me out of 3/4" MDF board. You can see one more picture at CardomainEnjoy John

JPigg34
I just wanted something different. I thought it would be too hard to power the door speakers so I just put them in a box in the trunk.

Mesoam
hey how did that rear end work come out? how much did it end up costing (the insurance company)? Did they replace your trunk lid or just repair it? I assume this nice new box was to replace the old one that was dammaged in the hit?

I assume this nice new box was to replace the old one that was dammaged in the hit?←It turned out pretty good except my trunk doesn't close as flush as before. It cost $4600 to repair. I think they just repaired the trunk because one of the corners of the trunk closest to the tail light bent at a 90 degree angle. This new box is a replacement and an upgrade. I have been wanting to build a box and I just got the time and money to do it.
