rolly850R
Well,The Volans are bent and to repair them will be 1500 NZD plus I need 2 new tyres - sorry tires.since I was aiming for less than a grand to get the volans road worthy it might be worth starting a fresh. But I just don't know what to do for my back 854RI have narrowed it down to the following.1) repair the volans and wait for them to bend again.2) get anthricite comets which will cost me 4k from the dealer or 3.5k imported.3) get Work VS XX in 18 x 7.5 in black?4) Sorry pegs are out of the question - 8K from the dealer -and I have enough rubbing issues with the volans with 215 45 and wietec kit. rolly850R
:cough: viva performance :cough:~Mike:cough: shipping half way around the world plus import duty and tax :cough:hence why I said 3.5k for the comets imported! It costs more to ship than the wheels themselves.I live in New Zealand - the team that just one the A1gp in indonesea Oh I also forgot to say the work wheels come to 3.8kThanks for the feedback so far.I would also be open to other colors on the XX's but my photochoping skills suck so I can't tell if I would like them in say gold or shadow chrome etc. Since they are custom I could always get them in antrecite<SP>? But maybe I am wrong. I actually do like the black rims though. Good luck.~Mike
Mesoam
those work wheels would look sick on a 240 but not an
///RonalT5
Sorry, I am a retard and didn't read your post right. It just seems like 3.5k is way steep. I am curious, how much is just the shipping?~Mike
rolly850R
Prices are in New Zealand Dollars! And tires are not even apart of the equation in the pricingI have already got pricing from viva. thats how I came to 3.5K1k for the wheels 1.1 for shipping thats 2.1K USD! = 3K NZD plus import duty and tax is actually like 20% again. rolly850R
Re Ebay etc,Yep, but in 12 months of looking I have only every seen 1 set of Volvo wheels and they needed repair so I might as well stick to the volans. Wreckers are hopless.Remember we only have like 2 million cars on our roads!Don't get me wrong - I do like the volans.
