MadeInJapan
Nothing in the owners' manual that I can tell. IPD references the plugs they sell to be gapped at 0.04 inches....seems rather high when I have my '98 (with same Volvo plugs) to be gapped at 0.025. Anyone know? Btw, the '04 wagon has no ECU upgrade...all stock.
BillAileo
The owner's manual for our '03 XC70 with the 2.5T specifies .028-.032" for the plug gap.Its probably buried in your manual too, check out the Specifications portion, in particular look for "distributor ignition system" Bill

Was the same as yours.Just got it done...no biggie. The spark plug cover is a bit of a oh yeah! to get off with the intercooler pipe in the way and #4 plug is hard to get out but besides that the coil packs were easy to deal with. Just label them with white out if you'll have more than one out at a time. Really, pretty brain proof.
