The series of nightmares is over.NA camsPorted exhaust manifold3" turbo back exhaust with two mufflers, both straight through design. Gasket matched intake manifoldNew tiresNew radioAdded subwooferRoofing material under all carpet, inside all doors, and whole trunkNew radiatorHead Gasket, bolts, special high dollar sealant (dont laugh, took 3 attempts)Tapped all 40 cam retainer bolt holes to 8mm, used fancy boltsTiming BeltWater pumpSpecial thanks to Mike, TheLostArt (of Volvo Parts) for his help answering questions.
