wolfie00
So I thought I figured it out but was WRONG. Hooked up my Blitzsafe to a sc901, replacing xm commander. For the hot wire, used the yellow xm wire that had a fuse. If I even opened a window, the IPOD would pause. Start car. Pause. Then woke to dead battery this morning. Unhooked Blitzsafe. Need +12 wire. Lighter seems difficult to get too. What else near by works. Your help is appreciated.

Greenchunks
swing by a local dealership service department and ask them if they can tell you which is the power wire for the deck in the wiring harness, then tap that. Mine has absolutely no issues whatsoever.

Get a tester and find the switched lead.I'm 99% sure you're right. It's terminal #4 of the harness going into the SC-901, all by itself actually, on that section of the harness plug.
