BEJinFBK Posted December 29, 2006 Report Share Posted December 29, 2006 The Alpine built SC-901 is a decent deck, but it does come with some baggage...It needs an outboard 4 channel amp, and if you have a center speaker,that gets into ANOTHER module in the dash behind it.My 98 V70 R has the set-up, and mine is great.However, there are other folks out there that like it a whole lotlouder than I do and have had other funky experiences with the OEM gear.If you DO go this route, pass up the 900 - go 901.
