msw2003
Just bought my first Vovlo less than a month ago. Love it! Has 60k miles on it, no accidents. This is an automatic also. When driving when the auto transmission is shifting from 2-3 rpms it sort of sticks. I drove a automatic tahoe before and it did not do this. Any ideas what the problem is or is this normal???? My 30 day warranty from the deal is about to run out. The dealer said they put it thru some 27 point inspection but I did not buy this from a Volvo dealer. What would you do? Or what do you think is wrong if anything?ThanksMelissa

( 50-60$ ) ( TCM = transmission control module )
gr8gatzby
Get the tranny checked out by a shop independent of Volvo and your warranty company(if you have one). I've had good luck with Aamco, they seem to be all too familiar with Volvo transmission issues and helped me immensely with my transmission snafu. The transmission replacement in my 2000 XC came at 110k miles, and Aamco convinced the warranty company to pay for the repairs($3200). Best of luck! msw2003
I took it to Volvo dealer and they did upgrade the TCM and said it was two upgrades behind whatever that means??? The place I bought the car from is going to pay for it all. The transmission fluid flush they said is borderline and i will schedule that to be done next week. Thanks allMelissa
