I had already started driving when the arrow came on and it felt like I was stuck in a high gear. I cleared the code and everything seems fine now, but code 3-1-3 isn't on my list for some reason, could someone tell me what it is please? PNP switch? Could this be just because its been real real cold and I haven't driven in a few days? Thanks.Edit: Answered my own question about what the code is. It is the PNP. Could it just be the cold though?
