Brickster151
I guess everyone here who hates NASCAR has tailgated someone, had someone tailgating them, and has had a car within a few feet of each side of their car at 180-190 mph for 2-3 hours. That's pretty poking crazy if you think about it, especially with the high horsepower [oh they're carb'ed V8's and not FI'ed V12's, waah] taxi cabs they race in. If you can grasp that concept, as well as factor in the amount of passes/lead changes that occur, and still not have respect for the sport/drivers, I think you need to get a clue. Or just change the channel and Oh hush.I'm a road race guy myself but I have no problem with watching NASCAR because I actually understand what the monkey is going on. larryo108
Double agreed.Good little Harvick fan. Nice Exploder is that custom Blue fade?Uncalled for And I was doing 40 on an S turn with bad turns. Thats a turn with TWO directions. Yea, its a custom blue fade, came naturally after 16 years. Benjam83
I think it'd be sweet if they had at least one street course on the schedule. Road courses are one thing, but closed off streets are totally different. No grip, bumpy as hell and killer on brakes

magicaljake
I have a Ford too and I would give my left nut for a hot rod Chevy Nomad or even a Volvo 245 with a Chevy 350 in it. SHould have bought that one when I saw it in the paper back when I bought my R. Oh and I listen to punk rock and hardcore music does that fit into your little Volvo stereotype?i dont' mind nascar at all, ive been to several races...i was just saying...it dosn't seem to go with the volvo stereotype (i hate the rap you get automaticaly when you drive a volvo) im deffinalty not one of the stereotypical volvo drivers...um for example..i have an NRA sticker in my window..not to get political or anything..just saying..im sorry you thought it was a jab agenst nascar..more like the whole concept of volvos and nascar..not usualy going along with one another
TM850R
I loved watching Mexico this year. The cars really arent made for that type of racing but its interesting to see who can last the longest without wrecking there. Granted nearly every car have some kind of damage after the 500 or most races for that matter (Bristol).Uncalled for And I was doing 40 on an S turn with bad turns. Thats a turn with TWO directions. Yea, its a custom blue fade, came naturally after 16 years. Jackass.I think you are fighting a losing battle there Drew.

Volvo Virgin
Im pretty sure they manufacture their cars in the United States.Yeah and Chevy manufactures cars in Mexico and Chrysler in Canada. What's your point?Toyota is still a Japanese car manufacturer no matter where they have plants.. Brickster151
Toyota has become such a part of what this country drives that they deserve a spot in NASCAR. This is'nt the 1960's when Japanese automakers were laughed at when bringing cars over here. I see just as many people, if not more driving Camry's than Fusions/Tauruses, Monte Carlos, and Chargers. It is funny though. I was at the Dover race this September with my father-in-law and 13 of his buddies. All blue collar dudes from Pittsburgh. The Chevy/Ford argument was 3 days long. They kept giving me shit for driving a Volvo. Get to the track and there is all sorts of Volvo big rigs towing the Chevys, Fords, and Dodges. I got a nice laugh out of that.
