Est Spacer Bolts

i am considering getting the EST wheel spacers. they require longer bolts. est sells them but there is no picture:

has anyone bought thee? do they look good on pegs?

any drawbacks to the whole spacer modification (besides potential rubbing, can't se a negative camber kit)? does it give you head lice or something?

Feel free to correct me if I am wrong, but I have heard that when you use the spacer design with the extended bolts, you are putting more stress on the suspension system and axles there and such. But this is not the case when you are using the spacers which bolt onto your hub and have the studs sticking out.

With that said, buy my 1" spacers :P

without going down the whole suspension rathole (yet). i believe the difference is total torque on the mounting fasteners and their associated mating components is greater for the extended bolt style as the moment arm is larger.

John,

We carry 5mm, 10mm, and 15mm wheel spacer kits. We even have pictures of them posted on our website:

http://www.vivaperformance.com/catalog/pro...;products_id=48

Let me know if you want to swing by and see them "in the flesh"

thanks George! great you have a selection more than just 15mm! :) can't have 'em sticking too far out. get them registry cops after me!

thanks for your 'help' guys.

but... as we've seen in other threads that some people prefer to get something that works the first time as a package deal rather than spend time looking up parts and going to different places, and wasting time and gas on gathering nutz and boltz in may. we're not all socket jockeys, and don't want to be. my time is just worth more than that. i'll get the kit from someone i trust, like George, to do all the work for me right (again).
